Mr. Strom is the trail boss and owner of ACRES4U Land & Development in Gilbert, Arizona. He has been a commercial land broker and developer for the past 24 years. As a second generation Arizona native, he has a thorough knowledge of the geography, topography and demographics of the state. Mr. Strom received his Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Finance from Arizona State University and began his career in office & industrial leasing/sales with CB Commercial (now CB Richard Ellis). He then served as a Land Asset Manager for the RTC where he managed and liquidated a $100 million land portfolio for Sun State Savings & Lincoln Savings. From 1993 - 2002, Mr. Strom was a partner with Mills-Strom Partners, Inc. where his company brokered or developed over 26,000 acres in land transactions in excess of $135 million. From 2000-2002, he served as President and Sales Manager for Las Palmas, a luxury beachfront development in Puerto Peñasco, Sonora, Mexico. In 2002, Mr. Strom then formed ACRES4U Land & Development and spends equal time between projects in New Mexico, Arizona and Mexico. He served on the Planning & Zoning Commission in Gilbert (the fastest growing city in the US) for over eight years and has been on the faculty at the Arizona School of Real Estate since 1997 where he teaches Land Planning & Zoning, Arizona Water Law, Subdivision Rules and Mexico Real Estate.
