ACRES4U Land & Development has evolved from Mr. Strom's 18-years career in the commercial real estate market in Phoenix, Arizona. As a second generation Arizona native, he has a thorough knowledge of the history, topography and demographics of the state. Mr. Strom received his Bachelor's of Science Degree in Finance from Arizona State University and began his career in office & industrial leasing/sales with CB Commercial (now CB Richard Ellis). He then served as a Land Asset Manager for the RTC where he managed and liquidated a $100 million land portfolio for Sun State Savings & Lincoln Savings. From 1993 - 2000, Mr. Strom was a partner with Mills-Strom Partners, Inc. where his company brokered or developed thousands of acres in land transactions. He also helped develop Las Palmas, a gated oceanfront residential development in Rocky Point, Sonora, Mexico. He served on the Planning & Zoning Commission in Gilbert (the fastest growing city in the US ) for over eight years and has been on the faculty at the Arizona School of Real Estate since 1997 where he teaches Land Planning & Zoning , Arizona Water Law and Subdivision Rules.

We particularly promote large ranch land opportunities in Arizona and New Mexico where we subdivide and resell the smaller parcels to multiple investors. ACRES4U Land & Development provides a specialist who can provide fee-based services for annexation, rezoning and site plan approval with city or county jurisdictions.
